The balloon flight was a disaster.... after 10 min flight was emergency landing and we went back to the hotel. We were not given any other option. We paid 340GBP for this. no refund ...nothing!!! After this we went back to Hurghada / with normal bus. i informed the guy from agency that we are 10 min from hurghada and i need the driver to the hotel.... answer 1.20h later. sooo...dont waste your money and time guys.”
