The main reason I booked this flight was to see the castle, so it was disappointing that we were actually quite far away from it. I understand that of course it is hard to predict what the wind/weather will do. However we could see in the distance that the 5-6 balloons of other companies had taken off from a different point and went directly over or next to the castle. It's understandable that it cannot be guaranteed, so perhaps Viator should update the description…”
